Founded on values of integrity, transparency, honesty and trust our focus is to help accelerate equity, consistency and sustainability in an environment that not only demonstrates managed risk but one that provides measurable and evidence quality-based improvement.

Our conduct and accountability have earned us trust from clients, partners and peers and the communities within which we work and contribute to. We stand firm by our commitment of integrity and our shared and personal accountability.

 

Without compromise we will do the right thing even when nobody is looking. We will support speaking up and will demonstrate integrity and accountability. Maintaining the trust of our colleagues, of clients, of regulators and of the wider society matters.

 

Local and wider society and environment

 

We believe that in all of our undertaking we can make a positive difference to the lives of the people with work with, and the community and environments we move within. As part of our wider commitment to society De’Leigh actively contributes a percentage of all takings to a number of local, national and international communities.

 

Our “Because We Can” Promise focuses on a number of initiatives that improve the lives and life chances of people and communities through the improvement of health and education, access to clean water and access to otherwise “having to pay for professional services”.  We do this “because we can”.
