The Employer: Partnering with proactive employers who recognise the benefits of occupational health. Providing high quality services including but not limited to health and safety audits, gap analysis, reports, recommendations and action plans.

Services:

Support: Is free, confidential and accessible, you do not need to inform your employer, and we will be here for as long as you need us.

Advice: We provide advice and support in relation to a range of workplace practices including but not limited to occupation health risk assessments, method statements, accessible impact assessment, DSE assessments. We also provide dispute resolution, mediation and support around exit packages.

Information: We can provide you with the information or we can work on your behalf.

Your Privacy: We will only collect information about you in relation to the extent of the support required. It will always be in confidence, and it will always be compliant with Data Protection / GDPR. We will always ask for your written permission if you want us to work on your behalf directly with your employer. Please see our Privacy Statement.

Specialist Advice: Where we are not able to provide direct advice and support, VOICE-Works will signpost you.

How to refer:

There are a number of pathways into a referral.

• You can self-refer; you can ring directly, or you can complete our on line referral here.
• Your GP or Social Prescriber can refer you.
• Where there is an agreement in place, you can refer in confidence through your employer occupational advisory scheme.

We will not disclose anything to your employer without your written permission.
