OPUS: Centre of Excellence

De' Leigh has a dedicated arm designed to support organisations with quality management systems, or to work to achieve  them, whether it is an ISO accreditation, a recognised industry governance code or simply a hybrid for organisations who want to go the extra mile to demonstrate their quality standards.

Governance Codes

Originally corporate governance codes were developed to complement the laws and regulations in the area of industry corporate  governance. Having been established they are applied in a flexible manner to avoid constraints around strategic delivery. This  approach has become known as the “comply or explain” process. This means that organisations can comply with the code  requirements or, if they are not able to, they can explain why.

Having and following a code of governance and associate score card  offers added value and board and stakeholder assurance.
