Founder / CEO of De’Leigh Consultancy & Compliance. With a background in health, safety, governance and regulatory compliance Noreen gained BSc. in Safety, Health, and Environmental Management, before going on to become a longstanding Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Developing her career and professional reputation across public, private, and not for profit health and social care sectors she is now CEO of an entrepreneurial led practice founded on strong ethical, social, and environmental values.
Noreen leads a team of professionally qualified and industry accredited consultants and associate partners in the provision of confidential, efficient and high-quality strategic “Consultancy, Outsourcing and Training Services” spanning Risk & Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Health, Safety & Environmental Management, Human Resources and Employment Advice. Welcoming collaborative working opportunities and especially supporting new and innovative ideas, theories that once realised can bring measurable and tangible outcomes in relation to risk management, governance and safety.
De’Leigh provides a holistic approach providing assurance to organisation’s people, assets, and resources, undertaking advisory, audits, diagnostic, competent person, significant event /lead investigation: incident, accident, whistleblowing, grievance, or disciplinary.
